At the Vintage Garden Kitchen, we believe in using fresh, local ingredients grown in our own garden or purchased from farmer’s markets and grocers around New Orleans. We strive to create soups that invoke a craving for healthy food and are substantial enough to be the focus of a nutritious meal. Made from scratchmeans that we do not use shortcuts. All of our vegetables are chosen or harvested by hand and chopped by one of our attentive staff. We prepare our own stocks from local ingredients and simmer them down in small quantities so that your soup is always fresh.
